The Indonesia Data and Economic Conference (IDE) is an annual event presented by Katadata Indonesia, is an annual event since 2019 to strategically explore national interest in economic and development. Under President Prabowo Subianto, Indonesia targets 8% economic growth to achieve high-income status by 2045 and strengthen its global leadership. However, challenges such as regional competition, economic inequality, governance issues, and climate change must be addressed.
The key to overcoming these challenges and realizing its ambitions lies in data-driven policymaking, strong governance, and cross-sector collaboration to attract investment, foster innovation, and optimize resource allocation and mobilization.
